Vivofine LLC sells peptide products for personal care: cosmetics for external use, such as Pepfine serum, and dietary supplements. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on the Site is medical advice.
Use each product following the instructions and warnings on its label and product page. If a cosmetic irritates your skin, stop using it. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition or take medication, consult a health professional before using supplements.
2. Requirements to buy
To place an order you must be of legal age in your country or buy with the permission of your parent or guardian, and give true and complete information.
3. Your responsibilities
When buying, you agree not to:
- Resell, relabel or repackage products without our written permission.
- Give false information, including your identity or payment details.
- Use the Site for illegal, fraudulent or abusive purposes.
Breach of these Terms may lead to order cancellation, account restriction and refusal of future service, as described in our Refund Policy.

If we cancel a paid order, we'll refund the amount paid for the canceled products.

Shipping is governed by our Shipping policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is handed to the carrier.
7. Product and packaging information
Packaging and label variations. Our boxes and labels are printed in different runs, so colors and design may look different from the images on our website, our ads or a previous order. These differences come only from printing and don't affect the product: its formula, content and specifications are as stated. If the product or content you receive doesn't match what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
Except as expressly stated on the Site, the products and the Site are offered "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. This doesn't limit the Pepfine serum Double Guarantee described in our Refund Policy or the rights your country's consumer protection law gives you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vivofine LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from the use or misuse of any product. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vivofine LLC and its officers, managers, employees and agents from any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or from using the products against their instructions, to the extent permitted by law.

Laboratory products are intended solely for lawful, in-vitro laboratory research by qualified professionals. They are not drugs, food, dietary supplements or cosmetics, and have not been approved by the FDA, COFEPRIS or any other health authority for any use.
They are not for human or animal consumption, ingestion, injection, administration, or any therapeutic, diagnostic, clinical, veterinary, cosmetic or personal use. Nothing on the Site is medical advice or dosing guidance.
Only institutions approved by Pepfine may buy them. By purchasing, the institution states that it buys for legitimate research purposes and will handle, store and dispose of the products in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
The institution agrees not to:

- Resell, relabel, repackage, compound, dispense or redistribute products to unauthorized third parties.

Any sign of prohibited use results in order cancellation, account suspension and refusal of future service. The statements on this site have not been evaluated by the FDA. Pepfine is not a compounding pharmacy or an outsourcing facility under sections 503A and 503B of the US Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
